Description:
Waorani hunting artifacts, including darts and quiver, woven bag, and piranha teeth. The woven bag was used to hold kapok that was twirled on a dart to give resistance to blow against. The piranha teeth were used to score the dart to keep it from falling out after hitting a hunted animal. Part of a small collection of Waorani artifacts that Rachel Saint gave to the Billy Graham Center Museum in 1984, which were transferred to Wheaton Archives & Special Collections in 2015.
